My Friday finish is a wool runner from 2013. I decided not to quilt it. I finished the floss work and attached the backing. I gave it a good press with a wet towel, and, it is lovely, even if, the grass is not. The wool in the kit was hand dyed in beautiful vibrant colors.

The wool runner is lovely! I wouldn't have any idea how to quilt wool.ReplyDelete
I hope your grass greens up soon, I would have thought your grass would be greener than mine since you are father south. I actually mowed yard yesterday. It wasn't long but mowing evened it up and it looks so nice and green. Yesterday was such a beautiful day, sunny, temperature was 81* and no humidity, just beautiful! But this is Indiana, Monday it's supposed to SNOW!
Very pretty! You finished it just in time to use it for your spring décor.ReplyDelete
Pretty. That background makes it all feel so rich.ReplyDelete
Love the vibrant colors of the wool. That grass will green soon!!--TerryK@OnGoingProjectsReplyDelete
Gorgeous! Love the vibrant colors. Some projects just don't really need to be quilted so this was a good choice. Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.ReplyDelete
